449: It really bothers me when Draco/Hermione writers constantly fling around the term, “Mudblood” in titles, summaries, or the texts. 9 times out of 10, it makes me root against this pairing because of such blatant disrespect to Hermione’s background. That term will never be used in a way that will convince me that romance will arise out of it. I love these two and understand that term is a big part of the obstacle in them being together, but using words, especially THAT word, so carelessly is a big NO.
